Leadership
Founded in 2019, the Lighthouse Apostolic Church is blessed to have been established with a Pastor that has a foundation of generations of truth. The church was started by Anthony Lundy Sr., who was raised locally in Cincinnati, Ohio. Bro Lundy left and was introduced to a new fellowship in 2017. In September of 2019 he then felt the call of God to start this new church plant. Bro. Lundy has been blessed with a wife, three children and a son-in-law who attend the church as well. Doctrine
Identified as an independent Apostolic Church, the basis of the church doctrine is taught from the Bible under the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Apostles. We believe that there is only one God.
Ephesians 4:5-6 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
John 10:30 I and my father are one.
Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord.
There are many one God scriptures in the Bible. Acts 2:38 is the foundation of salvation that we build on for the truth, Death, Burial and Resurrection. Death is the repentance and forgiveness of sins. Burial is being Baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Resurrection is being filled with the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in tongues. These are the building blocks of the doctrine. We preach holiness as a reflection of the gospel as it is stated in the bible in Hebrews 12:14. Jesus sacrificed himself to forgive all people of the sins lives that we can strive for the mark of making Heaven our home. This world is now our home, we are just passing through.
